Dear women,
I invite you to my first group meeting, a circle where we can all relax together, gain energy, share and give ourselves space to be and perceive what is happening in our body.

And what awaits us?
Aromatherapy. Each of us chooses an essential oil and then together we make our own aroma inhalation stick. Each essence of a plant carries a certain theme and effects, which can then support us further in life.
Techniques for releasing tension from the body through movement, self-massage, breath. We will examine how much we perceive our body, what we need, how we feel. In gentleness to each other.
